  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Causes for initiating a product return may involve situations where the slime is found to be dehydrated or excessively sticky upon receipt or, the order is found to be incorrect or damaged.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details and images.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email containing the shipping address for the return shipment.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us.

Refund Process

Exchanges
